Payment: The full amount of the stay is paid online by card at the time of booking.

Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 15:00 (Batumi time) one day before your arrival date. In this case, the full amount is refunded to the same card.

Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel after this deadline or do not arrive, the cost of the first night is charged and the remaining amount is refunded to the same card.

Early departure: Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to the card used for payment. Depending on the bank, the amount usually appears within 5–10 business days.

تسجيل الوصول متاح من الساعة 15:00، والمغادرة حتى الساعة 11:00. حسب التوفر، تبلغ تكلفة المغادرة المتأخرة حتى الساعة 17:00 مبلغ 80 GEL لكل شقة.

يلتزم الضيف بالمحافظة على الممتلكات واحترام قواعد السلامة والهدوء. لا يُسمح بالحيوانات الأليفة.

المنشأة خدمة إقامة في شقق وليست فندقًا. التنظيف اليومي غير مشمول.
