Términos del servicio
Estos términos establecen las condiciones principales de uso de los apartamentos King Alex Privilege.
1. Prestador del servicio
El servicio lo presta el empresario individual Aleksandre Skhulukhia, número de identificación 62001035023.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: The full amount of the stay is paid online by card at the time of booking.
Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 15:00 (Batumi time) one day before your arrival date. In this case, the full amount is refunded to the same card.
Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel after this deadline or do not arrive, the cost of the first night is charged and the remaining amount is refunded to the same card.
Early departure: Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the card used for payment. Depending on the bank, the amount usually appears within 5–10 business days.

3. Entrada y salida
La entrada es a partir de las 15:00 y la salida hasta las 11:00. Según disponibilidad, la salida tardía hasta las 17:00 cuesta 80 GEL por apartamento.
4. Obligaciones del huésped
El huésped debe cuidar la propiedad y respetar las normas de seguridad y tranquilidad. No se admiten mascotas.
5. Alcance del servicio
El establecimiento es un servicio de alojamiento en apartamentos y no un hotel. La limpieza diaria no está incluida.
