利用規約
本規約は、King Alex Privilege のアパートメントをご利用いただく際の主な条件を定めるものです。
1. サービス提供者
本サービスは個人事業主 Aleksandre Skhulukhia（識別番号 62001035023）が提供します。
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: The full amount of the stay is paid online by card at the time of booking.
Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 15:00 (Batumi time) one day before your arrival date. In this case, the full amount is refunded to the same card.
Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel after this deadline or do not arrive, the cost of the first night is charged and the remaining amount is refunded to the same card.
Early departure: Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the card used for payment. Depending on the bank, the amount usually appears within 5–10 business days.

3. チェックインとチェックアウト
チェックインは15:00から、チェックアウトは11:00までです。空き状況により、17:00までのレイトチェックアウトは1室あたり80 GELです。
4. お客様の義務
お客様は物件を大切に扱い、安全および静穏に関する規則を守る必要があります。ペットの同伴はできません。
5. サービスの範囲
当施設はアパートメント型の宿泊サービスであり、ホテルではありません。毎日の清掃は含まれていません。
