Terms of Service
These terms set out the main conditions for using King Alex Privilege apartments.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandre Skhulukhia, identification number 62001035023.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: The full amount of the stay is paid online by card at the time of booking.
Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 15:00 (Batumi time) one day before your arrival date. In this case, the full amount is refunded to the same card.
Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel after this deadline or do not arrive, the cost of the first night is charged and the remaining amount is refunded to the same card.
Early departure: Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the card used for payment. Depending on the bank, the amount usually appears within 5–10 business days.

3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Subject to availability, late check-out until 17:00 costs 80 GEL per apartment.
4. Guest obligations
Guests must take care of the property and observe the safety and quiet rules. Pets are not allowed.
5. Scope of service
The property is an apartment accommodation service, not a hotel. Daily cleaning is not included.
