服务条款
本条款规定了使用 King Alex Privilege 公寓的主要条件。
1. 服务提供者
服务由个体经营者 Aleksandre Skhulukhia 提供，识别号 62001035023。
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: The full amount of the stay is paid online by card at the time of booking.
Free cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 15:00 (Batumi time) one day before your arrival date. In this case, the full amount is refunded to the same card.
Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel after this deadline or do not arrive, the cost of the first night is charged and the remaining amount is refunded to the same card.
Early departure: Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the card used for payment. Depending on the bank, the amount usually appears within 5–10 business days.

3. 入住与退房
入住时间为 15:00 起，退房时间为 11:00 前。视空房情况，延迟退房至 17:00 每套公寓收费 80 GEL。
4. 住客义务
住客应爱护财产，遵守安全与安静规定。不允许携带宠物。
5. 服务范围
本物业为公寓住宿服务，并非酒店。不包含每日清洁。
